About Project

Crest View Building Contracting Company was commissioned to renovate the exteriors & Interiors of a villa in JVC – Dubai, transforming it into a luxurious outdoor living space. The project aimed to enhance the villa’s curb appeal while creating a serene and inviting environment. The renovation included the construction of a custom-designed swimming pool, water features, and a comprehensive landscaping plan, along with high-quality finishes and innovative design elements to complement the villa’s aesthetic.

Work Performed

The exterior renovation was executed with precision, focusing on high-quality construction and design to elevate the villa’s visual appeal and functionality while adhering to all local building codes and regulations.
A state-of-the-art, custom-designed swimming pool was constructed, complete with modern features such as an infinity edge and energy-efficient filtration systems, offering both aesthetic beauty and superior functionality.
A series of elegant water features, including fountains and cascading waterfalls, were integrated into the landscape, enhancing the overall ambiance and creating a calming atmosphere.
The exterior landscaping was meticulously planned, featuring lush greenery, flowerbeds, and mature trees, alongside strategically placed decorative stones and pathways, creating a harmonious outdoor retreat.
A comprehensive exterior lighting plan was developed, incorporating ambient, task, and accent lighting to highlight key architectural features, illuminate pathways, and enhance safety and security at night.
High-quality glass work was implemented in the form of expansive glass doors, windows, and balustrades, allowing for uninterrupted views of the outdoor space and seamlessly blending the indoor and outdoor environments.
Elegant and durable outdoor furniture was selected and arranged strategically throughout the space, including lounge chairs, dining sets, and comfortable seating areas to encourage relaxation and social gatherings.
A beautiful pergola and custom-designed ceiling elements were added to outdoor living areas, providing shade, aesthetic charm, and a functional space for alfresco dining and entertainment.
Select outdoor walls were adorned with artistic paintings and murals, adding a touch of creativity and visual interest while aligning with the villa’s overall theme and style.
